Output is generated by AI systems and may vary in quality, accuracy, and consistency. Vision Code does not control or guarantee the behavior of underlying AI systems used in the generation process. Output quality may be affected by:

• Complexity of the input design or layout
• Ambiguous, low-resolution, or non-standard visual inputs
• AI model availability and performance at the time of generation
• Highly custom or unconventional UI patterns

Vision Code is not a replacement for professional software engineering practices. Users remain fully responsible for reviewing, testing, and modifying generated code as needed.

Features such as automated auditing and page linking are intended to assist development workflows, but do not ensure full compliance with all standards, frameworks, accessibility guidelines, or specific use cases.

The AI Web Auditor checks generated HTML against a defined set of system rules. However:

• It does not guarantee full compliance with WCAG accessibility standards
• It does not perform security penetration testing
• It does not validate against all possible browser environments
• It may not catch all violations — edge cases exist in every system
• Audit results are advisory, not certification

The Vision Code public gallery displays AI-generated outputs submitted by free tier users. Regarding gallery content:

• Gallery outputs may be cloned or remixed by other users
• We do not guarantee the quality or suitability of any gallery output
• Content curation is at Studio Etos' sole discretion
• Free tier users may opt out of gallery publication on each export

Vision Code relies on third-party services for authentication, hosting, fonts, and AI generation. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of these third-party services. Downtime or changes to any third-party provider may affect Vision Code's functionality.

If you use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), you are subject to the terms and pricing of your chosen AI provider. We are not responsible for any charges, rate limits, or service interruptions from third-party AI providers.

Use of Vision Code and all associated tools is at your own risk. Studio Etos makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the service, its output, or its fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from use of generated output.
